    Easy Peasy Hummus

Being in Japan, buying hummus isn’t so easy so I make mine at home. It’s super easy and is also a good source of fiber and proteins it makes a pretty good breakfast especially when I have a bit of bread left over to consume.   Also getting organic lemon is difficult here, I always see labels at the grocery store the imported lemons are sprayed with toxic chemicals that I can’t even pronounce to retain its freshness during transit. Kids Tooth Gel From Weleda

Got some kids tooth gel for little miss 🐒 she love biting on her toothbrush but it’s time to step up the game and add some tooth gel 🙌 I don’t really trust the stuff you get off the counters (flip the back of the label and see what’s in them! You can’t pronounce half the stuff in there…. It’s time to consider changing your cabinet for non toxic things!) Little miss 🐒 seemed to be taking it well so it was all good 👌
